It would be appropriate for your three organizations to make
a formal submission to me as to the composition of the Common Voice Board and
the representation by TWOMO on it. That submission
should have details on numbers and the structures of the existing
organizations, as well as the rationale as to why 3 versis
1.
I have copied this to Paul Wolfe and Jered
Zieroth who have been engaged by NOMA to facilitate
the creation of the Common Voice Board.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you but I had to wait until the
representatives that I know for the Thunder Bay District Unincorporated
Ratepayers Association got home from out west.

Association is currently discussing your plans that you sent to us. We are more
than a little concerned that the 3 municipal organizations + Thunder Bay city
as well the 3 First Nations treaty groups each get a seat at the table but the
3 Unincorporated areas that are in the north are only allocated 1 seat. If you
want your process to be truly representative, each unincorporated area (Kenora,
